Data we collect
Waitlist: your email address, the domain you enter, and which form you used.
Account: your name and email, workspace and team details, and the product information you provide.
Connected services: data you authorise us to read, such as Search Console or Analytics metrics, and the tokens needed to access them, stored encrypted.
Usage: basic logs and product analytics needed to run and improve the Service.
How we use it
To operate the Service, invite you from the waitlist, send service emails, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and do not use your private content to train AI models.
Processors
We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Netlify (hosting), Stripe (payments, once launched), Resend (email), and AI model providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, DeepSeek and xAI to generate content and measure AI answers. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Retention
Waitlist entries are kept until you are invited or ask us to remove them. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of workspace deletion, except where law requires longer retention.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data, and object to or restrict processing. Workspace owners can export or delete a workspace from settings. For anything else, contact [NEEDS INPUT: privacy contact email].
Cookies
We use cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your theme. Any analytics cookies on the marketing site are used only with consent where required.
