Who we are
rpling is operated by [NEEDS INPUT: legal entity name], registered at [NEEDS INPUT: registered address] ("rpling", "we", "us"). These terms govern your access to rpling.com, the rpling application and any related services (the "Service").
The waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist does not create a subscription or any obligation to pay. We may invite people from the waitlist in any order and may change or end early access at any time.
Invited accounts may use the Service free of charge until paid plans launch. We will give at least 14 days notice before any charge applies, and you can close your account at any time.
What the Service does and does not do
rpling measures how AI systems describe and recommend products, identifies gaps, and helps you produce content, outreach and technical changes intended to improve that visibility.
AI systems are operated by third parties and change without notice. We do not and cannot guarantee that any AI system will mention, rank or recommend your product, or that any result will persist.
Measurements are taken through provider APIs, which approximate but may not exactly match what people see in consumer apps.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the product information you provide and for reviewing anything the Service drafts before you publish or send it.
You must comply with the rules of every platform you use through or alongside the Service, including Reddit, LinkedIn and X. rpling never posts to Reddit on your behalf; you post from your own account and must disclose any affiliation where required.
You may not use the Service to publish false, defamatory or misleading claims about any person or competitor, to send spam, or to manipulate platforms in breach of their terms.
Your content
You own the content you provide and the content the Service generates for you. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the Service for you.
We do not use your private content to train AI models.
Connected accounts
When you connect third-party accounts, you authorise us to act through them only as you instruct. Tokens are stored encrypted and you can disconnect at any time, which revokes our access.
Nothing is published through a connected account without your approval unless you switch on auto-publishing for that agent.
Fees
Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance monthly or yearly through our payment processor. Prices shown before general availability are introductory and may change.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have paid nothing.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
